With the increasingly harsh environment of coal mining, especially the emergence of thinner coal seams, the requirement of automatic control is higher.The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system could meet this demand, however, which is expensive and mainly dependent on imports. So it urgent needs localization.Aiming at actuality, this paper, according to the software engineering idea, design and implement the software of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system. The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system consists of the support controller and the host computer in hareware. The support controller bearers control tasks of the support and the host computer mainly responsible for monitoring the operation of the hydraulic support and sending the motion command to the support controller. The support controller software consists of display, emergency stop, online upgrade, motion, keys and communication modules.Host system collects the information and sends commands by using the CAN bus communication network. Red Hat 9.0 Operating System has been amended to adapt to the host. The software programmed in Linux operating system could achieves real-time controlling and monitoring of the hydraulic support in full-mechanized coal face. The system can collect and monitor the status of hydraulic support, and can upload or download the data, and alarms would be given under abnormal status. In the use and maintenance, the software can modify the programs and parameters of the support controllers and the data analysis and fault diagnosis can be realized by monitoring software.The system realized the remote control of the mechanized mining face hydraulic support with the host computer, laid the foundation for the realization of unmanned coalface.
