Bracket Electro-hydraulic Control System Based On PLC Hydraulic Research

Hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is one of the core of automatic control technology of fully mechanized working face. Also the electro-hydraulic control technology is the key technology of hydraulic support control. At present, the domestic not yet fully grasp of its control methods and key technology, mainly from abroad, In order to solve this problem, based on the PLC as the control core to study of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system. The thesis mainly for the following research work.(1) By analyzing the working process of the hydraulic support design of fully mechanized working face of hydraulic support overall scheme design of hydraulic support control system.(2) The hardware of the control system of hydraulic support system is established. Mainly includes: controller hardware architecture; Controller, pressure sensor, displacement sensor,infrared sensor and power source device selection; the I/O port address assignment;Electro-hydraulic control panel design and hardware wiring diagram.(3) Electro-hydraulic controller software design. Mainly on the basis of fully mechanize technology on hydraulic support single action, single order linkage, group action, automatic filling for integrated control of pressure and alarm, etc.(4) Touch screen monitor configuration design. Built-in function to design the hydraulic support using MCGS touch screen man-machine interface.(5) Debugging and the experiment of the control system. Through laboratory debugging,debugging results are analyzed, and the results show that the building of the electro-hydraulic control system can complete the stent was lifting, pushing slip, indiana, receive help plates,the reach the balance beam, the basic function such as spray.In this paper, the research of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system to develop in the direction of unmanned, automation to provide the necessary reference, can alsolaid a solid foundation for the construction of the electro-hydraulic control system, has a certain practical significance.
