For a long time, mine gas has always been the main factor restricting the production of coal mine safety, the frequent occurrence of gas accidents seriously restricts the safe production of the mine, and threatens the public property of the society and the life of the miners, so mine safety production situation is still grim.Traditional gas monitoring system uses a wired monitor the way by routing complexity,high cost of maintaining influence factors, can not meet the actual needs of production safety. So the research of safety monitoring technology for underground gas production process was needed.The paper introduces Zigbee wireless sensor network technology, the research of wireless monitoring network for large-scale underground gas,the gas monitoring system of Zigbee is constructed,the architecture idea of "node decentralized monitoring,data centralized management" was used, the system includes hardware design and software design of the downhole monitoring node function, a node hardware design based on CC2530 was set up;And then use EkoView to set up the screen of gas monitoring,building a gas data collection and analysis system based on B/S.Secondly,the problem of restricting the energy of the monitoring nodes deployed in the mine is studied. a GAF topology improvement algorithm ZJGAF based on node uniformity is proposed, it is based on GAF algorithm,the virtual cell and cluster head elections were improved in the monitoring area, cell division using a cellular structure and cluster head election using node uniformity model, the energy consumption is saved based on the realization of network connectivity.Using Matlab simulationexperiments show that, compared with the traditional topology control algorithm GAF,ZJGAF topology saving algorithm reduces the effectiveness of the overall network energy consumption and prolong the network life cycle.Coal mine gas monitoring system based on Zigbee wireless network technology can monitor the underground gas concentration in real time and accurately, reduces the energy consumption of the node monitoring network, improve the coal mine gas accident prevention effectiveness and has great value of application and promotion.
