Application And Research Of The PERT Technology In Project Schedule Management Based On WEB

In order to meet the requirement of major special project progress management, the resolution of project distribution to different scientific research units that are geographically distributed and unified management is provided in this paper. On the basis of related technology study including project schedule management process, Program Evaluation and Review Technology(referred to as the PERT), access control technology and web technology, Web-based project schedule management system is developed using.NET platform.The significance of this paper is solving the problem in the major special project schedule management, which is high-risk, high uncertainty and charged with many research units. By the web technologies, undertake units of the various sub-projects upload and query and display the project schedule information timely and accurately. The critical path changes dynamically to adapt to the project's uncertain nature on the basis of PERT and schedule information. Furthermore, different subproject of the major special project is managed separately by using the right. This paper provides an effective management tool for the major projects schedule management.
