Nowadays,All walks of life are informatized.Software development work has become more complicated,and development time has also become difficult to estimate.The process and standardization of software project development is imperative.Software development companies face the problem of ensuring product quality and development time while rationally allocating resources to reduce development costs.Implementing project management in the software industry is lagging behind.Many technicians have resistance to project management,which also causes members of the group to shirk their responsibilities when there is a problem with the project schedule.In order to prevent the project from running out of control and hinder the development of the industry,the introduction of project management is crucial.The scientific management project progress can not only ensure the smooth progress of the project,but also improve efficiency and reduce costs.The goal of this thesis is to optimize the software project schedule management plan and solve the problems in the progress management of software projects by HJ Network Technology Co.,Ltd.This article takes HJ Network Technology's internal project schedule management plan as an example.The problems of HJ network technology company in the process of project schedule management are analyzed in detail,and these problems may lead to bad results are pointed out.The importance and necessity of project schedule management for software development is proposed.This paper reviews the theory and methods of software project schedule management.Based on this,Critical Date Table,Gantt chart,Program/Project Evaluation and Review Technique(PERT)and Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)are proposed as improved tools for HJ network technology.Optimize the project schedule management plan of HJ Network Technology Co.,Ltd.to make up for the shortcomings of the original schedule management plan.The company's CM project is taken as an example to verify and analyze the improvement plan.The improvement plan has been verified in the CM project,shortening the planned construction period of 121.5 working days to 90.5 working days,the actual construction period is shortened to 106 working days,and the efficiency is increased by 13%.The progress management improvement plan proposed in this paper is based on the critical chain.Combine the development characteristics of the software project,optimize the demand change process during the research phase,and save the change time.In the development phase,the plan review technique is mainly used to estimate the construction period,and the critical chain management method is used to set the buffer optimization to estimate the duration result.At the same time,the introduction of Zentao project management software to assist project managers to follow up on the status of the project.This paper believes that the use of scientific project schedule management methods and standard project schedule management schemes in software development can effectively improve the efficiency of software project schedule management.
