As Competition is more and more keen in the market, it’s the key problem that the products listed as soon as possible. In order to develop high quality software products in a reasonable time,we should use the scientific management organize project’s schedule and resource. The high efficient management method of project is not only useful for the quality control, but also favorable for capital cost. Base on the practice software project, we study to use the scientific management method to optimize the project schedule design, arrange and monitor the process.The purpose of this paper is to finish the project within a reasonable time and provide useful experience and reference by these scientific management methods.Based on the above research background, this paper uses relevant theories carding and researching the rainbow software project. First of all, introduce the Moring Star CO.,Ltd. and Rainbow software project. Analysis problems of the company’s human resources structure,software functions, project’s schedule, system modules to find the project’s problem. Then, design and optimize the plan and the current problem existed in the project. The analyzing is as follows.Firstly, using work breakdown structure method to decompose the project and reengineer the network process to find a new project critical path. Secondly, in order to make the task time estimated accurately, using program evaluation and review technique to recalculate the task and the whole project and get the exact task duration time. Thirdly, in order to prevent student syndrome and other bad phenomenon, CCPM technology is used to insert buffer to improve the efficiency of execution and risk resistance capacity. From the above analysis, we not only get accurate predictions but also get the map of the whole project, manpower assigned for each group,the time used in each task, milestones. These designs are effective in practices. Then, establish project implementation steps and monitor methods. The decomposition is as follows. Firstly,adjusted the project structure and divided the single task into a life cycle. Secondly, in order to ensure operational efficiency, set the detail implementation measures. Thirdly, make the project evaluation system to monitor the implementation process, and make sure that the problem can be resolve as soon as possible. From the actual operation of the project, the measures and methods are useful for the project. Finally, we have summarized the project current situation and put forward some defects, and hope to design a management tool base on the theory’s and analysis.This paper adopts the method that combined theory and practice, and applies the professional management theory and methods to control the software project. From research and analysis of the project, these experiences provide the beneficial reference to many software developmentcompanies.
