Research On The Schedule Management Of The Machine Vision Software Development Project In The Company H

In recent years,machine vision,as a new field,has developed rapidly.Machine vision software has attracted more and more attention in the industry because of its high precision and fast speed.However,due to the characteristics of machine vision software project development such as great difficulty,high complexity,wide scope and so on,and the uncertainty of software development itself,the project delay is very serious.How to ensure the completion of the project on time is of great significance for the survival and development of machine vision software development enterprises.In this paper,the machine vision software development project of H company is taken as the research object,and the research is carried out according to the existing problems of the project and the project management theory.First of all,the historical project of H company was analyzed and the factors leading to the project delay were summarized.Secondly,the work breakdown structure,plan review technology and critical chain method were introduced to improve the project management process of H company in view of the problems existing in the project management process,such as frequent demand changes,insufficiently detailed activity decomposition,unreasonable construction period estimation,delay of team members' work,and delay in tracking and monitoring.Finally,the machine vision software v5.6 project is used as an example to verify the effectiveness of the improved scheme.The research results of this paper show that the work breakdown structure,plan review technology and critical chain project management method can effectively shorten the project duration and solve the problem of project schedule delay of H company.It not only improves the project development efficiency of H company and enhances the company's competitiveness in the machine vision industry,but also provides reference and reference for similar machine vision enterprises.
