Abstract/Summary:
Digital Monitoring technology is a leading technology which is the integration and development of internet, software, digital communication and micro electronic technology. This paper introduces an automatic system which is based on technology. With the utilization of pumps of all sorts in water supply, mining, agriculture and chemical industries popularized, automatic monitoring of pumps has been playing an increasingly important role in all fields, which is closely linked with the daily production of factories and people's daily life.A thorough study of automation system governing pumps in scattered location is carried out in order to lessen the work of pump personnel and to promote the automatic level of pump administration, thus setting the whole water supply system under effective and precise control, and making it possible for enterprises to ordinate resources properly in a larger platform. The application of the system under discussion can increase the utilization efficiency of productive elements and promote administration level. The indexes that are governed involve three-phase voltage, three-phase current, pressure and water current. In this thesis an integrated automation system of pumps in scattered location based on digital monitoring technology is introduced, which is divided into main station administration system and pump controlling cabinets. Picture designing pattern is adopted for the administration software of main station administration system, whose interface is custom-friendly, can be easily operated, and is compatible with many other administration software database. Advanced digital communication platform is adopted in the pump controlling cabinets, which has achieved cableless data transmission by taking advantage of mature commercial GPRS network. This system is characteristic of its high integration level and stable operation, which can lessen the after-sale maintaining expenses and the investment from the customs, thus making it embracing a very promising market prospect. In this system study, being mainly responsible for the overall planning, I have analyzed and designed the guarantee for the completeness, reliability and security of data in the communication process. A profound study in collecting, analyzing, compressing and encrypting data has been carried out through this project.
