With the development of computer technology,automated acquisition and measurement technology has also been an unprecedented change.Automated collection are occupying an important position,no matter in industrial control or commercial activities.This topic mainly designed a low-power remote data acquisition terminal based on GPRS,and the acquisition terminal with automatic collection,automatic upload,HTTP function features.Under the circumstance of the battery capacity of 7.2V and 14 AH power supply,the theoretical calculation can run up to two years,the data storage cycle can also be up to two years.Through the analysis of the demand of data acquisition terminal,this paper designs the overall scheme of the data acquisition terminal,analyzes and selects the scheme of microprocessor,data acquisition,data transmission and data storage on the hardware system platform,In the aspect of software system,the embedded real-time operating system suitable for this design is selected and the operating system kernel is extended to meet the low power requirements of this paper.The design of the software system and the design of the hardware system are analyzed economically and technical feasibility analysis.In the aspect of hardware system design,this paper mainly describes the microprocessor unit,data acquisition unit,data transmission unit,power supply unit design.In the microprocessor unit,in order to facilitate the software simulation debugging to facilitate the design of a variety of software boot mode,in the periphery of the microprocessor to expand the storage space to store the collected data information in the data acquisition unit will separate,the digital signal and analog signal design is conducive to the hardware circuit debugging,testing.Data transmission mode are including wired transmission and wireless transmission mode.In all of the above modules,power supply circuit are needed,so we designed the low-power linear power and DC / DC Switching power supply.In the aspect of software system design,this article describes the operating system migration and kernel development,service procedures required for the design of the driver and the application of each application service design.In the choice of operating system,this paper selects the embedded real-time operating system ?C / OS-III with high security and stability.The system has the priority preemptive scheduling and the same priority adopts time slice polling The application service program includes analog signal acquisition service,data signal acquisition service,GPRS data transmission service,GPRS network time service,GPRS short message management service,low power management service,data monitoring service.Etc.,for the service program,need ed to drive,should also design the appropriate driver.Because low-power remote data acquisition terminals need to communicate with multiple devices,this paper designs different protocols for each device,which combines data acquisition terminals and devices into one system.Finally,after hardware testing and functional verification of the whole system,it is shown that the low-power remote data acquisition terminal based on GPRS designed in this paper can meet the requirements of the user,and.through the practice proved that the design to achieve the desired goal.
