Study On Control Information System Of High-power Locomotive Section

This paper studies on information control system of harmony-type High-power Locomotive section. As the increase of the amount of the harmony-type high-power locomotives'using, the traditional management program of the locomotives has been out of date. In order to improve the safe operation of harmony-type high-power locomotives which are running with high speed and heavy load, the traditional management program should be transformed. So the study on the management system of locomotive section is inevitable.Under the help of the Jiangan Locomotive Section, we have done much research on maintenance and security management of locomotives. And these study provide effective theory and practice support for the management of high-power locomotives. In the process of research, lots of questions are found. For example:The traditional management system which contrary to traditional locomotives is no longer suitable for the management of harmony-type high-power locomotives, a large number of daily maintenance data need to be analyzed artificially, this mode created massive waste. Therefore, the method of designing information control system which satisfies harmony-type high-power locomotives is the focus of the paper.This paper discusses the realization method of management system of harmony-type high-power locomotives which bases on C/S three-tier model. Specifically, the key contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The paper studies on the management system's model of the high-power locomotive section, and describes it as three layers:work layer, operation layer and data layer.(2) The system maps the management model of harmony-type High-power Locomotive section to C/S three-tier model based on the research of management model of harmony-type High-power Locomotive section. According to research of the content and relation of three tiers, the business layer is divided into appearance-service layer, the main-business-service layer, database-service layer, and information-security layer. The function structure of system and the position of each module in the C/S mode is studied based on the research of management model of harmony-type High-power Locomotive section. Among them, the main-business-service layer and the information-security layer are the key content of this paper.(3)The paper studied on the design method of the main modules in main-business layer. Such as the locomotive-in module, the locomotive-service-management module, the locomotive-repair module, the locomotive-out module, the four-analysis module and the system-communicate module.(4)The paper studies on the design method of information-security layer, and the safety rank of system is improved to C2 through the jurisdiction managerial technique and the correspondence encryption technology.
