As the frontline driving unit of the railway transportation system, locomotive depot is mainly responsible for the use of railway locomotive, comprehensive preparedness and locomotive maintenance. Among which the locomotive maintenance is a core business process of railway locomotive depot, with the rapid development of internet technology, the process of railway informatization is accelerating, it is a major problem that the railway locomotive depot is facing now is how to improve the locomotive maintenance management level through information technology.In this thesis, combined with actual needs of the locomotive depot, the locomotive maintenance management system is designed and implemented, which is based on MyEclipse development platform and techniques such as Spring MVC, jQuery, jQuery EasyUI. The system not only covers the whole process of the locomotive maintenance operation, but also integrates the component management, locomotive management and locomotive maintenance management, realizes the whole life cycle management of locomotive and component.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research, and analyzes the current status of domestic and international locomotive maintenance. Then, the users which the locomotive maintenance management system is oriented toward are analyzed. The user requirements of the system are described in detail, and an in-depth analysis is made on the locomotive and component management business, locomotive maintenance production management business. Based on the analysis of the system user’s requirement, the functional requirements of the system are decomposed, and the functional requirements are analyzed and modeled by use cases. The next, it describes the system hierarchy interaction and architecture design in detail. Based on the UML technology, the design of the object oriented static structure of the system is presented. Then, by mapping the static structure, the structure of system database is designed. After that, the design and implementation of each function module of the system are discussed in detail by the time sequence diagram. Finally, it intercepts and displays the partial operation effect diagram of the implemented locomotive maintenance management system, and made the necessary instructions.
