Study And Realization On Quality Control Information System Of Locomotive Section

The rapid development and extensive application of information technology have become a primary characteristic of the now world. Applying information technology to set up information Internet and realize computer automation management has been a major method to improve management and increase efficiency for all walk a life. With our country's reform in railway system, locomotive Depot also constantly needs to improve self-management level and competitive capacity. It has been necessary to use information system to improve quality control of Locomotive station for leaving and arriving.In recent years, every locomotive Depot subordinate to Railway Department has carried out amount of research work around overhaul and security issue and developed many software and hardware systems. These research work has built up foundation of digital management of railway locomotive Depot. At the same time, a number of software and hardware projects have formed their own system, so it cannot realize data-Sharing of the whole locomotive Depot and has brought about much waste of manpower and material resources and manmade fault, what's more, it will leave hidden dangers of accidents to security of locomotive. Accordingly, it is urgent to research and develop digital locomotive Depot system with unified database structure and software and hardware information sharing.The paper studies a kind of research method based on c/s model, which overcomes above problems and refers their maturational technologies. It also mainly introduces the system analysis methods of information system of quality control of locomotive. By the methods, we can set up the data flow sheet and realize the process management in the software. In one word, this system offers information system developer a very useful lesson.In chapter 1, the paper summarizes current background and meaning of research on information system of quality control of locomotive also and developing level of domestic and oversea.In chapter 2, it introduces the elementary frame and function of the system on the whole.In chapter 3, it introduces its content of three layers frame and also their relations in the aspect of structure of application system. In the end, it adopts c/s model as its system structure.In chapter 4, it mainly introduces its developing tool and platform and also its key technologies.In chapter 5, taking periodic examination subsystem of locomotive as examples, it explains system analysis methods of developing information system and way of setting up the data flow sheet to realize the process management in the software.In the chapter 6,it summarizes all the work of the whole system and gives the problems that should be resolved in the second developing.
