The locomotive depot takes on the passenger and the goods transport locomotive utilizing, overhauling, monitoring and so on each link work. In order to fulfill the request of national railway development strategic, to push the reform of railway transportation and the production system, to improve the railway equipment technical level and to perfect the production management method, the locomotive depot is gradually applying the advanced technology, like the network and the information and so on, to carry on the technological transformations of the locomotive depot traditional production and the management, with the advanced movement pattern and the control strategy to deal with the complex questions which occur in the locomotive depot business process (for example utilization dispatch, overhauling craft and monitoring information).The conception of the digital locomotive depot is to put forward for the purpose of using the digital technology to establish the brand-new locomotive depot utilization and the overhauling network, realize the locomotive overhauling and utilizing digitization and the locomotive depot daily office automation, and then change the locomotive depot from the traditional manual actuation to the information actuation.This dissertation takes the digital locomotive depot concrete realization system-locomotive depot business process control information system as the research object, makes a proposal of constructing the locomotive depot business process control information system with the advanced science and technology, and has carried on thorough research on relevant fields including basic theory, key technology and implementation application.On the basis of the predicaments research, this dissertation has acquired several innovation results as followed:(1) The digital locomotive depot conception is first to be put forward and its skeleton completed. The author made the definition and connotation of the digital locomotive depot, and analyzes the digital locomotive depot constitution system fully.(2) This dissertation established the organization model of the locomotive depot business process control information system that is the digital locomotive depot concrete realization system, and formulated the unified skeleton standard for the locomotive depot development.(3) This dissertation firstly applied the Petri net model technology in the locomotive depot information system development. According to the Petri net theory and characteristic of the locomotive depot business process, we put forward the locomotive depot business process model and provided the basis for the locomotive depot business process analysis, optimization as well as the application software system development.(4) This dissertation firstly translates the locomotive overhaul quality management flows into programmable control flows, which are based on the ISO9000 quality management systems criterion and documents of locomotive overhaul quality. This is used in the locomotive depot business process control information system, realized the quality safeguard systems and the process control way.(5) An office automation semi-system covering all departments of locomotive depot has been designed with .NET platform. This makes it possible for the locomotive depot to work with internet, and enhanced the office efficiency and provided the technical support for the leadership' decision-making.At present, the locomotive depot business process control information system has been roundly used in the Xianfan north locomotive depot of Wuhan Railroad Bureau. According to the locomotive depot feedback information, this system marked out the locomotive depot organizations, the business process and the resources from the overall situation, and brought the locomotive overhaul production work process and the relative department task item into the control category of the real time management. As a result, the information exchange fluently, information can be collected timely, the data feeds back promptly, and the management decision-making is more accurate and rapid.
