As an important and independent department of the rail sector, depot undertakes responsibility for railway locomotive preparation, maintenance scheduling and other services, among which locomotive maintenance work ranges one of the three major businesses. And then describes the system architecture and design, including the systems network architecture (client/server mode), system development environment (including the development of platforms and development languages, development tools, and select database system), as well as system design and security design of information sharing (including physical security, logical security and management).Second, the detailed description of production management system for locomotive repair database created, including needs analysis, conceptual design, logical design, database design and database structure modeling, physical security design. Development of database systems is one of the core elements of system development.Finally, based on the above study, eventually developed a harmony-oriented production management system for locomotive repair, describes the various modular system functions have been met before. Systems have been put into use, inspection and production site will work, meet the basic demands of field operations, increase productivity.
