Human care is strongly oriented in modern nursing sphere, and articulate communication between nurse and patient is the ineluctable foundation to attain the essence of it. To fit in the needs of future nursing position seamlessly, training for communication and further professional colloquial skills are necessary for polytechnic students of nursing major.Focusing on the communication skills of the nursing major students, this paper reveals the deficiencies and limitations via particular investigation among teachers, students, nurses in charge and inexperienced nurses. In this paper, an objective analysis is explained in professional oral communication of the status quo among nursing students, combines with front line language teaching experience; try to establish a Vocational Nursing Vocational Oral Communication teaching system, as an addendum to universal language teaching material.By researching in polytechnic school and through the factual oral communication teaching of nursing major, this paper, leads an effective way to improve oral communication skills of nursing. The use of action research method, literature research method, and survey method is included in this paper, by combining related theories between oral communication and vocational communication, an attempt to construct vocational nursing communication training system is established, a useful reference for polytechnic school teaching should be expected.This paper is organized in five chapters. The origin of this study, concept definition, research methodology, significance of this study is introduced in chapter one. A summarization of status quo between domestic and foreign research is explained in chapter two. Research among teachers, students, nurses in charge and inexperienced nurses is described and an analysis of the result is construed in chapter three. An effective way to improve the vocational oral teaching of nursing is explored in chapter four as a result of improving quality of teachers and the establishment of oral communication teaching system. Chapter five answers a model for vocational oral communication training for nursing and the evaluation standard. As a research, this paper is initially formed Putonghua training, the general oral communication, training of vocational training in oral communication, extra-curricular practical training for four-part oral combination of oral vocational training system, try as nursing students in school the language spoken communication materials.
