Deepening the integration of enterprises and vocational schools and school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the quality of vocational education.Through school-enterprise cooperation,we can make full use of the resources of both sides,and combine practical teaching with the production,operation and management of enterprises,so as to improve the quality of teaching,and the time for graduates to adapt to the positions in enterprises will be significantly shortened.Z school is located in the industrial agglomeration of glasses industry,and the optometry major has a good industrial environment in the region.To promote the integration of enterprise and vocational school is an important way to improve the quality and level of professional education.Optometry department needs to carry out teaching reform,in order to meet the need of social development and industrial upgrading.From the shallow level school-enterprise cooperation of internships and employment arrangements only,to the all-round and in-depth cooperation that school and factory build the campus productive practice base “factory in school” together.From low efficiency analog training teaching in training room to high efficient enterprise and vocational school integration on the real production line.In order to know the advantages and problems in the implementation process of the talent training model in the “factory in school” enterprise and vocational school integration,this study took the optometry major of Z school as an example,and explored it through research methods like literature retrieval,questionnaire and interview survey,case analysis and so on.It is found that there are some problems in the process of training,such as the imbalance between the training of teachers' vision and technology,the imbalance between the training of teachers' professional skills and the training of teachers' professional skills.According to these problems and shortcomings,we should carry out school enterprise cooperation to build a "factory in school",build a talent training mode of "factory in school",highlight the cultivation of students' professional ability,boost the cost reduction and efficiency increase of professional school running,promote the growth of professional teachers,and optimize the supply-demand relationship between school and enterprise.In the practice of "factory in school" talent training mode,it is found that the government's support for school enterprise cooperation is not in place,the school's rules and regulations are not perfect,the supply-demand relationship between school and enterprise is not matched,the mechanism of mutual benefit between school and enterprise is not perfect,the combination of teaching and production and operation is not close,and the incentive mechanism of part-time teachers is not perfect.In order to promote the sound development of school enterprise cooperation and the integration of production and education,and improve the efficiency of the "factory in school" talent training mode,we should revise and improve the rules and regulations to ensure the effective development of "factory in school",coordinate the supply side,promote the integration of school enterprise relationship,adjust the teaching space and time to connect production and operation,increase teaching effect,and carry out "Double Tutorial System" to improve the quality of practical teaching Quantity,to carry on the diversification,the multi pattern appraisal to the student,promotes the student's all-round development.
