ObjectiveThis study take a vocational college in qinghai province as an example to study different talent training modes,investigate the implementation of different talent training modes,and analyze the effects of different talent training modes,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of talent training.MethodsThis study adopt the method of objective sampling,and selects 2015 students of3-year general nursing major from a vocational college in qinghai province for investigation.There are 4 classes in total,with a total number of 217 students.The modle 1 group(118 patients)received nursing education collaborative talent training mode,and the modle 2 group(99 patients)received the traditional talent training mode.The self-made questionnaire investigated and studied from 10 dimensions including learning environment,teaching method,learning attitude,teaching content,teaching effect,practical practice,teaching conditions,teaching management,practical teaching method and practical learning attitude.The u test and x~2 test were used to analyze the differences between the two talent cultivation modes.ResultsThis study was statistically analyzed,and the differences between the modle 1group and the modle 2 group in learning environment,teaching methods,teaching content and other aspects were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in learning attitude,teaching effect,practical practice,teaching conditions,teaching management,and practical teaching methods(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in mastering the core operating techniques of each subject(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The field teaching method is adopted in the real clinical teaching environment to provide students with the real professional environment and experience opportunities.The nursing and teaching collaborative talent training mode is better than the traditional training mode.2.In terms of teaching content,clinical teachers'teaching of the most cutting-edge clinical knowledge has a certain effect on students compared with teachers'teaching in accordance with teaching materials;The ability of clinical teachers to use teaching methods needs to be further improved.The mode of students receiving nursing education to train nursing talents has a certain influence on nursing professional attitude.3.Due to the lack of efficient operation and management mechanism,the operation effect of mode of training higher vocational nursing talents is not satisfactory.Clinical teachers hold several positions,and the number of students is too large,so clinical teachers cannot give clinical practice guidance one by one,which leads to the general situation of mastering the core operation technology of each subject.
