There is a special relationship between the health care industry and the people's livelihood industry.And nursing work is an important part of the whole medical and health work.Since the middle of the 19 th century,our country's medical teaching basically has been using the "Discipline-based Teaching Mode(DBTM)".Given the repetition and deficient of clinical practice of the traditional teaching pattern of "Discipline-based Teaching Mode(DBTM)",we need to explore some new education teaching mode.At the end of last century,"Organ-system-based Teaching Mode(OSBTM)" was put foreword at Edinburgh medicine summit meeting.This teching mode is based on the human body organ system as the center.The medical basis of disciplinary knowledge will be integrated and reorganized according to the need of clinical practice.In recent years,it has caused the relevant experts and scholars' wide attention in our country,and universally recognized.In this paper,the author uses the clinical nursing students of H nursing school in Hunan Province(one of the vocational schools)as the research object,which is randomly divided into experimental group and control group,to explor the effect of OSBTM.Through literature research,interview method,questionnaire survey,comparison method and other methods,by the use of excel 2007,SPSS 16.0 statistical analysis tools and data entry tool Epidata v3.1 to carry out a statistical analysis on the students' course grade,nurse qualification examination pass rate,daily learning behavior and the autonomous learning ability of the two groups.And also the author makes a feedback investigation of students and the teacher to analyze the satisfaction of adopting "organ-system centered teaching mode".At the same time,our research also discusses about disadvantages of the "Organ-system-based Teaching Mode(OSBTM)" and then the improvement measures are put forward.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part,it analyzes the background,significance,status at home and abroad,and the methods of this research.Then,it introduces the meaning and the advantages and disadvantages of some kinds of teaching models.In the third part,it discusses the feasibility of Organ system centered teaching mode in Secondary School of Clinical Nursing.In the fourth part,it takes H nursing school in Hunan province as an example.This paper analyzes the process,effect as well as shortage of the “organ system centered” teaching mode.The result is that “organ system centered” teaching mode can,on the one hand,improve students' attendance,learning enthusiasm and initiative;On the other hand,it can improve the students' score of both the formation test and the summative test,and increase the pass rate of the nurse qualification examination;Also effectively improves the students' learning behavior,the ability of autonomous learning.And finally,it can promote the students' comprehensive quality.At last,it discuses the disadvantages and difficulties of using the Organ system centered teaching mode in clinical nursing at secondary school.Then it put forward some suggestions to make the teaching mode more perfect.Those are as follows: making the teaching team as a leader to improve teachers' comprehensive ability;taking the organ system as the main line to restructuring the curriculum content;solving problem as the object to improve the teaching management method.
