Objective 1.To evaluate recent effects of vocational nursing school in "1+1+1" training mode. 2.Through qualitative research to understand the nurse at school during college accepted courtyard cooperation "1+1+1" training mode of inner real-life experience. 3.To learn the status of two different talent vocational training model in clinical nurse capabilities and general self-efficacy.Methods This study used a combination of quantitative research methods and qualitative research methods.①Purposive sampling method was used to select 2013 Session Health Vocational of Technical College graduated from a three-year general nursing and clinical work in Fujian Province. 76 new nurses were conducted a questionnaire survey among 40 cases in the control group, 36 cases in the observation group. Control group using traditional "2 + 1" training mode, the observation group using "1+1+1" training mode. The questionnaire included general questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale and the Chinese version of the six dimensions of nursing behavior scale. 76 nurses, 140 colleagues and 145 managers participate in the evaluation of new nurses competence. Using independent sample t test, Mann-Whitney U rank sum test for self-assessment and his assessment of the score differences were compared. Using Spearman rank correlation analysis and Pearson correlation analysis of the relationship between general self-efficacy and ability to analyze nurses.②A qualitative study of phenomenological research method, eight new nurses face-depth semi-structured interviews, and data analysis using colaizzi phenomenological analysis.Results 1.The status of clinical nurses competence under different talent training models 1.1 Self-assessment Observation group in plan / assessment skills, interpersonal / communication skills and overall scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.015,P=0.048;Z=-2.330,P=0.020;t=-2.259,P=0.027),while no significant difference were found in the rest dimensions(P>0.05). Two colleagues evaluated the capacity of nurses to low scores level sort inconsistent, which interpersonal / communication skills and teaching dimensions / collaboration capability dimensions were ranked first and last. 1.3 Managers evaluation Observation group in intensive care skills, plan / assessment skills, interpersonal / communication skills and overall scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.778,P=0.005;t=-3.833,P=0.000;t=-3.842,P=0.000;Z=-3.151,P=0.002),while no significant difference were found in the rest dimensions(P>0.05). Two nurse managers evaluate the capacity of the sort from high to low levels inconsistent scores, including interpersonal / communication skills and teaching dimensions / collaboration capability dimensions were ranked first and last. 2.In vocational nurse capability advantages evaluation, the evaluator group "2 + 1" Vocational Nurse Training Mode have the advantage of major clinical practice skills, interpersonal communication skills and health education capacity. The observation group evaluators believe vocational nurse "1+1+1" training mode has the advantage of also include problem solving, critical thinking ability. Excellent vocational training in nursing personnel in the control group were mostly self-evaluation should focus on strengthening think professional knowledge, skills and ethical / legal knowledge. Self-assessment study group believed to be focused on strengthening the organization and management ability, ethical / legal knowledge and professional knowledge; and two, he agreed that the assessment should focus on strengthening the organization and management capacity of nurses, nursing research and ethical / legal knowledge. 3.General self-efficacy score of observation group 27.56 ± 4.21, general self-efficacy scores for the control group 25.10 ± 4.58, the difference was statistically significant(t =-2.423;P=0.018);Vocational nurse general self efficacy and nurses ability dimensions were positively correlated(r=0.304~0.521;r=0.316~0.504,P<0.05). 4.Provincial Hospital classes, general education classes internship scores were 90.40 ± 1.75,91.13 ± 0.94, the difference was statistically significant(t= 2.308, P= 0.024); Provincial Hospital classes, general classes of graduation test scores were 72.53 ± 4.43,75.00 ± 5.90, the difference was statistically significant(t= 2.122, P= 0.037). 5.The qualitative interviews showed that vocational nursing "1+1+1" training mode truly realize theoretical teaching and clinical practice closely, improving clinical practice adaptability, contributing to the theoretical knowledge and operational skills levels and helping to improve interpersonal communication ability and professional identity; at the same time, the model has deficiencies included Curriculum Subpar, heavy load of students,self pressure, monotonous learning life and weak organizational management capabilities.Conclusions 1.Vocational nursing graduated students in two different training modes basically meet the requirements of teaching objectives.They can qualified clinical nursing care better. Especially, the nurses competence of new clinical nurses received vocational "1+1+1" training mode were better at the upper level. 2.Vocational nursing long-term effect about "1+1+1" training mode is better, especially for new clinical nurses have a stronger role in promoting in comprehensive evaluation results / intensive care capacity planning / evaluation and interpersonal / communication skills, significantly better than traditional "2 + 1" training mode. 3.Self-efficacy and clinical capabilities of new nurses were positively correlated higher degree of self-efficacy sense, the stronger new clinical nurses. 4. Vocational nursing "1+1+1" training mode is so inadequate about student load, self-pressure, lack of campus-like activities and so on. It is recommended to take specific measures to improve and strengthen the organizational management capabilities, nursing research and ethical / legal knowledge and other skills.
