Research On The Vocational Ability Training Of Nursing Students In Vocational Colleges

Vocational nursing education,as a kind of education which focuses on human health,is facing some challenges due to changes in health concept,medical model reform,medical treatment and health system reform,and transition of social environment including social economy and aging population.However,the existing traditional vocational nursing education model fails to timely adapt to the current demand for vocational nursing personnel.A communication and feedback mechanism falls short between the demand for nursing personnel's vocational ability and the training and education of nursing personnel,thus lacking a desirable connection.The quality of vocational nursing graduates doesn't conform to the demand of the medial treatment and health industry for nursing personnel.The purpose of this study is to study the professional ability development of nursing students in vocational colleges.The research background is the present headrest industry environment and nursing vocational education.The content of the study is the current status of occupational education in occupational nursing education and the social needs of nursing staff.The surveyed subjects were nursing students in an occupational health school in Guangzhou and related medical and health units.Through investigating,analyzing and studying the gap between the occupational ability of nursing students in vocational colleges and the demand for talents in the nursing profession,we try to find out the reasons leading to the difference of nursing professionals,and put forward scientific and practical suggestions on training of nursing professionals in vocational training,so as to guarantee the quality of vocational nursing talents education.
