Classes are the basic units that make up a school and are the basic organizational form of school education and teaching.The effectiveness of class management directly influences the quality of school teaching.Secondary vocational schools are an important part of China's national education system,and they bear the heavy responsibility of cultivating many workers demanded for the modernization of our country.In reality,there are various problems in class management in secondary vocational schools,which have affected the quality of talent cultivation.This article takes the nursing major of XX Health School as an example,investigates the current status of class management in secondary vocational schools,sorts out the main problems,analyzes the causes of obstacles to class management in secondary vocational schools through a cause analysis and explores the basic strategies that can help improve the class management level of the nursing major classes in secondary vocational schools.The literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method were used to study the current status of nursing major class management in XX health school.It was found that the main problems in nursing class management in secondary vocational schools are as follows: the school has not yet established an effective mechanism to manage class supervisors;the professional level of class supervisors are not high;the superior role of the subject teachers is not exerted in the class management;the class management goals are not clear;the operating mode of the class organization is not adaptable;the class learning management is not in place;the class cultural management is not solid.The reasons for the above problems are analyzed from the four levels of school,class supervisors,subject teachers,and students,which are that the school administration's ideology about school management is relatively backward,that the level of education management is not high,that the class supervisors' ideology about class management is generally backward and they don't have enough awareness about research in workand therefore neglected the synergy of internal education of the school,that the subject teachers don't have enough awareness about their role in class management,that the students' role in class management is missing and their self.management ability needs to be improved,and that the negative impact of informal groups needs attention.Based on the main problems and causes of the status quo,corresponding strategies are proposed: the first is to build a multi.dimensional network of school class management;the second is to improve the professional capability of the class supervisors;the third is to exert the superior role of the subject teachers;the fourth is to implement class goal management;the fifth is to execute class leader rotation system;the sixth is to create a class that promotes learning;the seventh is to create a class culture with a core of a professional cultural atmosphere.
