In the era of rapid development of Internet big data,to better improve the operation of corporate financial process and achieve the dual benefits of corporate financial efficiency and effect,the establishment of financial sharing centers has become the choice of more and more enterprises,which is the product of enterprises in the competitive environment.Good and targeted financial sharing,as a new type of financial management,is handled uniformly by the financial sharing center,and its business is merged and integrated in a targeted way,which can effectively solve the problems of non-value-added activities such as scattered financial data and repeated financial processing operations in the company.Enterprise financial sharing center as an innovation point should actively promote its application,and ongoing business process optimization and upgrade,but the company establish a Shared financial center,made some effective business processes at the same time also more or less there are some problems to be solved,need to be further perfect,if not timely take effective optimization measures,It brings unexpected risks and losses to the enterprise.This paper adopts the literature research method and case analysis method to start with the current situation of the business process of the main process accounting under the general ledger accounting department of the financial sharing Center of B Company,discusses some problems existing in the business processes of the general ledger business main process accounting,and reasonably gives corresponding optimization schemes and support measures.Company B is a listed company with a residential service platform in China,and its financial sharing center was established only four years ago.With the development and expansion of the company,the main business undertaken by the company is increasing,and all accounting business processes need to be continuously optimized and improved to adapt to the development of the current digital era.This paper combed domestic and foreign scholars about Shared services and financial sharing centers and process operation and improvement,etc,based on literature with the business process of B company financial sharing center status of observation,analysis B company financial sharing center general ledger business process existing problems,mainly including artificial processing also majority,and lack of corresponding monitoring feedback management measures,etc.,According to the actual problems existing in the business process of each main process under the general ledger accounting,combined with the actual operation of B company,the process optimization scheme is proposed by introducing applicable intelligent technology,digital tools or adding monitoring and feedback links,to reduce the error rate and risk of the business process.Finally,according to the proposed optimization scheme,safeguard measures are put forward in the four aspects of organization,personnel,system,and system to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme and promote the improvement of the efficiency and quality of the financial sharing center.Therefore,this paper’s research on the business process optimization of the general ledger of the financial sharing center of B company is helpful to better improve the business process,improve the operation mode,improve the level of financial management,and also provide a useful reference for other enterprises to build the financial sharing center and optimize the business process.
