With the continuous development of the times, the financial management model of large-scale enterprise groups has also changed over time, from the relatively traditional manual management mode to the new intelligent,information-based model.Abroad, scholar Robert Gunn first conducted a detailed study of financial sharing in 1993,which opened a new door for the financial management model; In china, the Chinese government attached great importance to this new financial management model, the Ministry of Finance in 2013.The "Code for the Work of Enterprise Accounting Informationization" issued on December 6 clearly stated that large-scale enterprises should build their financial shared centers in accordance with their own circumstances. The financial sharing service model integrates the major business processes of large enterprises onto a single platform for centralized processing. This new model is very different from the traditional financial management model. The new model is improving financial efficiency and internal cost control, internal risk control, and resource management all have unique advantages. The Nineteenth Congress continuously emphasized the deepening of supply-side reforms, insisted on the policy of de-capacity,destocking,de-leverage,cost reduction, and short-changing,optimized the existing resource allocation model, and gradually expanded the supply of quality in order to achieve supply and demand.dynamic equilibrium.Under this background, how large-scale steel enterprises can stand out in the industry is very important.Effectively constructing a financial shared center can improve the financial management level of steel companies and help steel companies gradually increase their own competitiveness.Based on related theories such as business process reengineering, this paper uses a combination of case studies and normative research to systematically sort out relevant literature both at home and abroad.Taking AS Steel Group as an example,it conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on the basis of financial sharing. The idea of building a financial sharing center was proposed as a whole. The innovation of this paper lies in:First of all,the text is based on the construction of the financial shared center, which provides practical evidence for theoretical research and solves the problem of convergence between theoretical research and practical application.Secondly, this paper chooses the AS Steel Group in the steel industry as the research object.Under the current situation that the steel industry's financial shared service is less studied, this part of the research has been supplemented. The structure of this paper is as follows:Chapter ?,Introduction. The main content is to state the research background and research significance of this article, the domestic and foreign research summary of financial shared center, research ideas and methods, and research innovation and characteristics.Chapter ?,related concepts and theoretical basis. The main content is to state the concepts and theoretical basis related to financial sharing. The third chapter is about the status quo of financial management in AS Steel Group. It mainly stated the basic conditions of AS Steel Group, the current financial management situation and existing problems.Chapter ?,the construction of AS Steel Group's financial shared center. The main content is to state the necessity and feasibility of constructing a financial shared center, the construction plan of the financial sharing center, the expected effects and risks of the construction, and the implementation guarantee of the financial shared center.Chapter V,conclusions and prospects of the study.Mainly stated the research conclusion and research prospect.
