In recent years,with the rapid economic development in our country,The growing of Branches brings about the continuous expansion of enterprise.At the same time,the cost of the multinational company and difficulty of management increase quickly.Financial shared services center can make the enterprise have a new way of management,and its effect on theory and practice is important as process reengineering,business outsourcing or other classic management styles.Financial Shared services center is the company's business units of high homogeneity of standardization of various business units for the intensification of economies of scale.After decades of development,financial Shared services center has gradually shown its practical value.B company is developing quickly,the number of subsidiaries is large,the volume of business is also large,and the subsidiaries are relatively scattered.In order to strengthen the control of each subsidiary,B company decided to implement the Financial Shared Service Center.But in fact,the Financial Sharing Center will face a lot of problems,it can't be achieved in one step,it is a process of gradual promotion and optimization.And how to optimize and improve continuously is the most important research in this paper.Based on B company,this paper firstly describes the research background and significance of the financial Shared services,explain the advantages and optimization direction through the analysis of the literature at home and abroad;secondly,takes B company as an example,uses case study method to elaborate the current situation,existing problems and impact of the operation of B company's Financial Sharing Service center;thirdly,from three aspects of organization management,business process management and information system management,specific optimization schemes are put forward for each problem,and the optimized safeguard measures and expected effects are analyzed;finally,analyses the conclusions and shortcomings,and puts forward the research prospects.Through the research on the optimization of the Financial Sharing Center of Company B,it is concluded that the optimization of the Financial Sharing Center needs to be carried out under the leadership's overall planning,strong leadership and support,under the perfect system and the professional staff of the sharing center,fully combined with the application of performance appraisal,and from the aspects of the perfection of organizational functions,the standards and norms of the process,the upgrading and updating of the information system.Through the study of B company,the conclusion can provide practical reference for the optimization of Financial Sharing Center of other enterprises in our country,thus promoting the innovation,transformation and upgrading of financial control mode of group enterprises.
