With the development of economic globalization and information technology,international competition has become more intense.As the second largest economy in the world,China inevitably has to keep pace with the world economy.Nowadays,with the increasing number of domestic market players and the expansion of business scale,in order to cope with the growing international economic situation,many enterprises have chosen a diversified business strategy,and constantly expand their business model,through enterprise mergers and other means of group management,which can make enterprises in a favorable position in international competition.However,with the expansion of enterprises,accompanied by the increase of financial costs of enterprises,the decline of control ability and work efficiency.How to diversify business risks,rationalize industrial distribution,participate lore actively in transnational operations,and constantly enhance the value of the group is the main problem facing enterprises at present.Therefore.Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)came into being.By integrating the financial,process and technical resources in the enterprise,this organizational form can standardize and unify the original miscellaneous business.It can effectively reduce the operating cost of the enterprise,improve the management efficiency within the group,avoid financial risks,solve the problem of financial waste of resources in the group,and optimize the allocation of enterprise resources.Therefore,it has been favored by more and more group enterprises and transnational corporations.Firstly,based on the domestic and foreign research literature,this paper deeply studies the related theories of Financial Sharing center.Secondly,focusing on G Group as an example,this paper elaborates the difficulties and challenges of building a financial sharing center,sets up the goal of building a financial sharing center,and concludes the feasibility of building a financial sharing center according to its advantages.Through the analysis of G Group's financial objectives and strategic objectives,as well as the objectives and principles of building the sharing center,the organization of the Financial Sharing Center is designed.At the same time,the financial process is reengineered and optimized,mainly from the basic processes of purchase payment,sales receipt,fund management,expense reimbursement,general ledger accounting and so on.Thirdly,according to the reengineered process,the expected results are analyzed.At the same time,the Financial Sharing Center from the implementation of risk and the quality of financial personnel to improve the perspective of recommendations.Finally,the future development of Establishing Enterprise Financial Sharing Center is prospected.
