This paper takes H company's financial sharing service center as the research object,combines a lot of domestic and foreign references and theoretical knowledge,analyzes its operation status and existing problems,and proposes optimization Suggestions for H company's financial sharing service center based on process automation technology and theory.Firstly,this paper summarizes the relevant literature review at home and abroad,and expounds the theories of financial Shared service theory,standardization theory,process optimization theory and robot process automation.Secondly,through the field research,personnel interviews and relevant data collection of H company,the process of financial sharing service center was sorted out in detail,and problems and reasons in expense reimbursement,purchase and payment as well as capital process were found.Then,based on the process automation technology and theory,the process optimization design,rule reconstruction and guarantee mechanism of financial Shared service center are studied.Finally,the paper summarizes and points out the shortcomings of the paper and future research prospects.This paper combs the current situation of the main process of H company's Financial Sharing Service center,determine the promote financial sharing center upgrade,support the optimization goal of enterprise management decision and build the reimbursement process,the accounts payable process and cash flow optimization framework,make its in the era of rapid development of information technology,keep up with the trend of change.It is beneficial to improve the efficiency of operation,improve the quality of service and strengthen the centralized control of the group.
