In January 2022,under the orderly promotion of the accounting informatization of enterprises in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance issued the 14 th Five-Year Plan for Accounting Informatization.The14 th Five-Year Plan puts forward the deep integration of industry and finance,and the digital transformation of economy and society should be opened to the whole society,and ensure the parallel development of information development and the security of accounting data.We should explore the establishment of a sharing platform and a coordination mechanism,promote the sharing of accounting supervision information,and realize the dynamic supervision of big data.Under the relevant planning requirements,the establishment of financial sharing service center by enterprises can not only meet the needs of transformation due to their own backward management mode,but also meet the requirements of national accounting information planning.At present,there are few enterprises building financial sharing service centers in China’s dairy industry.As a leading enterprise in the dairy industry,M Group’s financial sharing service center is in a leading position among China’s dairy enterprises,and the construction of its financial sharing service center can be regarded as a typical example in the dairy industry.Therefore,this paper takes the financial sharing service Center of M Group as the research object,analyzes its operation status and operation shackles,and puts forward a targeted optimization plan for it,in order to provide support for the operation and optimization of the financial sharing service center of other dairy enterprises.This paper first details the construction process of the financial sharing service center of M Group,and then analyzes the overall operation status of the financial sharing service center of M Group.Since then,the combination of business data and business data analysis method,the overall of M group financial sharing service center of operation effect evaluation,it is concluded that M group financial sharing service center operation has a positive effect,which implements the financial personnel human cost reduction,review the documents of business processing efficiency was effectively promoted,enhance the enterprise internal control and improve the transparency of accounting information.Through comparative analysis with the same industry enterprises,it is concluded that the financial sharing service center operating problems restrict the development of the more efficient,and for M group financial sharing service center operation problems are analyzed,and as the breakthrough point,on the basis of business process reengineering theory,combined with the introduction of advanced platform and RPA technology,provide targeted optimization scheme for financial sharing service center.Finally,it is hoped that through the case analysis of the financial sharing service center of M Group,it can provide practical and feasible reference schemes for other financial sharing service centers,in order to jointly complete the development requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and jointly promote the development of accounting informatization in China.
