With the continuous emergence of new technologies have brought opportunities and challenges to the group company.The diversified development strategy,coexistence of multiple formats,and parallel development of multiple industries of large group enterprises require continuous establishment of branch offices.In today’s rapidly developing information technology,the organizational structure and management model of the group will become increasingly cumbersome and redundant.The issues caused by this current situation,such as non-standard and inconsistent financial business processes,ineffective integration of financial business,and weakened control of subsidiary branches by the group’s parent company,have become urgent and important issues that cannot be ignored in the development process of the group enterprise.The emergence of the financial shared service model provides new ways and perspectives to solve this series of problems.Financial sharing mode as a process-driven operation mode,process optimization is a very important content in the construction of financial sharing service center.The paper takes the implementation of financial sharing in Group A as a case study to study its business process optimization based on the financial sharing service model.The paper combines theoretical analysis with case studies,conducting thorough research on the current situation and needs of A Group’s business processes,and analyzing the problems that exist in the business processes.Based on the strategic goals of the group’s development,establish a financial shared service center that focuses on control and service improvement,and establish a new financial operation management model that integrates "strategic finance,business finance,and shared finance".Analyze the three main business processes that need to be optimized based on financial shared services: employee expense reimbursement,procurement to payment,and sales to collection processes,And process reengineering was carried out on three main business processes in conjunction with the financial sharing platform,with specific explanations of the expected results and subsequent guarantee measures after optimizing the business processes.For Group A,after the realization of the financial sharing service center,some business suggestions were put forward from the perspective of sustainable operation,such as improving the assessment system of the financial sharing service center,standardizing the business process management system,and continuously maintaining and upgrading the financial sharing system,so as to improve the overall business processing efficiency,increase the overall competitiveness in the industry,and reduce the overall operating cost of the group.At the same time,it can also summarize experience and help other large groups in China optimize processes based on financial shared service models,providing more practical references for the transformation of their management models.
