In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s market economy system,China has become the global pharmaceutical market next to the United States.At the same time,it also brings new opportunities and challenges to the pharmaceutical industry,especially to the pharmaceutical production and sales enterprises.With the continuous promotion of medical reform policies and the increasingly fierce market competition,the pharmaceutical industry is now undergoing a new round of reform and innovative development.The production and sales of drugs in China are increasingly standardized and stringent.Many domestic pharmaceutical companies are increasingly paying attention to improving the professional level of marketing talents,because they play a pivotal role in the development of the entire pharmaceutical industry.Therefore,their professional quality and ability play a pivotal role in the healthy development of the medical market and whether it can continue to develop healthily.At present,the scale of pharmaceutical industry in our country is expanding,and the number of medical marketing personnel is also increasing,but with the increasingly fierce competition in the pharmaceutical market,the pressure of medical sales work is also increasing,which requires enterprises to pay attention to the training of comprehensive quality and skills of medical marketing personnel.Because of the characteristics and complexity of drugs,the requirements for marketing personnel are getting higher and higher,so the quality and ability of marketing personnel must be improved.At present,many pharmaceutical companies have recognized the long-term role of improving talent,and constantly make the appropriate investment to meet the needs of society,improve the company’s core capabilities.However,the training of marketing talents in our pharmaceutical industry is relatively late and lacks relevant practical experience,so it is of great significance to study the training system of marketing talents.Based on the rapid transformation of the pharmaceutical market,this paper takes the sales training system of H Pharmaceutical Company as the research object.Firstly,the theory of human resources is sorted out.Finally,based on the theory of adult learning,competency and training process management,the training needs of H Pharmaceutical Company are optimized by the design and implementation of training needs,the method and model of training needs,and the results and application of training needs analysis.Based on the present situation of the training of sales personnel in pharmaceutical marketing industry and the related theoretical knowledge,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures to improve the training system so as to achieve the goal of improving the training effect of sales personnel,promoting the talents and training quality,strengthening the feasibility of the system,strengthening the competitiveness of talents of enterprises,and providing reference for the design and optimization of training system of sales personnel of other companies in the industry. |
