With the rapid growth of China ’ s economy and the gradual improvement of people ’ s living standards,the pharmaceutical industry has developed rapidly with the support of national policies,and the number of pharmaceutical enterprises has gradually increased.However,marketing personnel in pharmaceutical enterprises have gradually exposed problems such as poor working ability and professional quality,backward marketing concept,and mismatch between personal development and enterprise strategic planning,which gradually limit the further development of enterprises.Due to the marketing personnel docking front-line market,its professional level and quality directly affect the profitability of the enterprise.Compared with other types of posts,pharmaceutical enterprises have higher requirements for marketing personnel.Company S is a pharmaceutical company.Due to the continuous development of the company,the number of marketing personnel recruited gradually increases,and the training of marketing personnel becomes very important.By building the marketing personnel training system of S company,it will promote the common development of employees and enterprises,enhance the market competitiveness of S company,and thus achieve the strategic objectives of the company.Under this background,this paper takes the S company marketing personnel training system as the research object,based on the training transfer theory,training evaluation theory,human capital theory and adult learning theory,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to explain the basic situation of S company marketing personnel and training status,found that the training needs analysis is not rigorous,the training management organization and system is not perfect,the training course content is simple,the training form is single,the training teachers are weak and so on.This paper analyzes the existing problems and optimizes the existing training system by combining the development strategy of S company and the career planning of marketing personnel.System optimization design ideas based on principles and objectives,with reference to the company ’s development strategy and marketing staff job description,the training management system,training resources system,training process system three aspects of key optimization,improve and perfect S company marketing staff training system.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth development and implementation of training activities,respectively,from strengthening management awareness of training,establish a good training concept,increase investment in training and security training activities hardware and software facilities four aspects to establish S company marketing personnel training system safeguards.In general,it is hoped that this paper ’ s research on the optimization of S company ’ s marketing personnel training system can provide a feasible optimization scheme for S company ’ s marketing personnel training system,meet the actual training needs of marketing personnel,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of marketing team,promote the common development of the company and employees,provide talent guarantee for the realization of the company ’ s development strategic objectives,and thus improve the market competitiveness of S company,and also provide reference for other small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises. |
