In the3G Era, the communication market seems undergoing increasingly fierce competition, thus it has become an important way for the communication operators to enhance the corporate competitiveness and realize the corporate strategic targets by strengthening the training of the forefront marketing personnel, and building such a marketing team characterised of great comprehensive quality and high-level specialization. Consequently, how to establish a market-oriented, scientific, normative and effective marketing personnel training system has played a significant role in the management of the telecom operators’marketing personnel against the background of market economy.Based on the modern human resources training theory and relevant learning theory, through posting questionnaire, taking interview and observation, etc., this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the training status and problems of the Unicom marketing personnel in the city of D, and designs freshly new training operation system and training support system for its personnel.In this paper, the first chapter is the introduction which mainly expounds the research background, significance, content and research method and technical route. The second chapter presents the human resources training theory and the related theory of learning, and exemplifies some excellent domestic enterprise training cases. The third chapter carries on an in-depth analysis on the training status of Unicom marketing personnel in the city of D, and finds out the existing problems and deficiency of its marketing personnel training. The fourth chapter redesigns a marketing personnel training system for the company, and constructs the overall marketing personnel training framework of D city Unicom. The fifth chapter improves the relevant guarantee measures in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the new training system.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, which reviews the whole research, summarizes the research achievements and deficiency, and clears about the direction for future research.Based on the modern human resource theory and the reality of the D city Unicom company, this paper integrates the theory and communication industry practice, and considers the corporate strategy and the employee career development as a whole, so as to not only effectively solve the problems and deficiency of its marketing personnel training and establish a scientific marketing personnel training system to meet the needs of the communication market, but also constantly improve the training management level and provide human resource security for the sustainable development of the company.
