Research On The Optimization Of Sales Training System In Ocean's King Lighting Company

Today,with the global market economy prevailing,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.There are several leading enterprises and countless latecomers in each other's competition in a certain segmented industry.Every enterprise wants to improve their market share,marketing has become an important link,and marketing is the most important rely on human resources.It is an important and meaningful topic to deliver more targeted knowledge to all marketers through a more systematic and professional organization.Ocean king is a typical public company oriented by marketing.Can we improve the company's marketing through systematic training and optimization? If we can identify weaknesses in the company's training process,then we can focus on this aspect of training,so that the ability of marketing staff to get a significant improvement,which is a very good thing for the company and the staff.It is expected to provide some reference for the establishment of other similar companies' marketing personnel training system,so as to give the company competitive power to help its own progress.In this paper,based on the above research background,in the related training system based on the theory of,the first is combined with the current situation of marketing personnel training system,through interviews with part of the marketing staff to grasp the reality of marketing staff training,in order to design a precise questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey,obtained in the training needs,training mode,curriculum content,training resource and evaluation was applied to evaluate the five aspects of training.Secondly,by analyzing the survey results,the problems existing in the current training system of marketing personnel of ocean king were identified,and the problem was diagnosed in all aspects.Thirdly,on the basis of generalization and analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of the training system for marketing staff,including the thinking method and the target of the training system,the chart of the staff education system,the training form,the training content,the teachers and so on.Finally,the author puts forward systematic and comprehensive safeguard measures to strengthen the construction of the staff training system.At the present stage,more and more enterprises have realized the urgency and importance of improving the quality of marketing personnel,and are thinking of various ways to retain marketing personnel,training high-end marketing personnel,bring more profits and benefits for enterprises.The optimization of the training system of marketing personnel of ocean king explores a way for ocean king company to make good progress,so that the quality and ability of its marketing personnel can be effectively improved,so that the brand enterprise is always in the leading position in the lighting industry.
