The construction of training system is an important part of human resource management.Our research on training is mainly based on the level,scale and quality of training content.As a big framework,the training system can better summarize and absorb all kinds of training resources.Through continuous evaluation and improvement in training,it can ensure that the company's training can produce better results,and ensure that the training work can better serve the company's strategy,production and operation.The research on training system of HJT Pharmaceutical Group can provide reference for pharmaceutical enterprises with the same development experience and background.Through the discussion and study of the existing training work,the existing problems in the current training work are improved.This research discussed and analyzed the optimization and perfection of training system of HJT Pharmaceutical Group,and put forward specific optimization programs.In the process of research,we mainly use the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis.In the course of the research,by investigating and analyzing HJT Pharmaceutical Group's current situation of human resources and training system,the problems and shortcomings are analyzed from the aspects of company strategy,training system,training curriculum,training organization and training management.Subsequently,the basic principles and overall ideas of the optimization scheme design of staff training system are put forward,and the design contents of the optimization scheme are put forward from four aspects:training process system,training performance evaluation system,training lecturer system and training curriculum system.At the same time,it also introduces the necessary safeguards in the implementation process,including the support of managers,the construction of learning organization and career planning.
