Since reform and opening, with the development of the socialist market economy, China’s various enterprises have developed rapidly. Especially in recent years, with the improvement of living standards, the requirements of people’s health has also put forward higher, which promote the Chinese private pharmaceutical companies for further development. Generally speaking, the average quality and the skills of staff in China’s pharmaceutical enterprises are relatively high, but specifically, the quality and the skills of the staff in sales of these companies are relatively low. As we all know, the development of the production comes from product and operating, and product and operating is one of the most important aspects of marketing. Companies need to rely on sales staff to develop, while the sales staff can only be developed through training, so the training of sales staff is one of the effective ways to improve them. At present, having realized this, many companies are organizing the training course for staff. However, without the desired training effect, many enterprises are wasting human, material and financial resources. To explore the reasons, it is not difficult to find that companies do not build scientific training system based on their own actual situation and the training they are conducting can not meet the long-term development needs of employees. Only if the companies construct a reasonable training system, they could attract, maintain and motivate talents in the fierce competition, then they can obtain sustainable competitive advantages. Thus, building a sound corporate training system is a vital aspect of business and it is also the key to get core strength of companies. In view of this, this paper describes the training on the basis of the theory and the situation in S Medical Science Co., Ltd., and it also gives a brief introduction and analyze the organizational structure, training structure and the current situation of the training. On the basis of this, this paper try to build a reasonable training system for S Medical Science Co., Ltd., which is designed to establish the training system that covers all the needs, and enhance the core competitiveness and the vitality of sales staff, and it also provide a theoretical basis for other similar corporate in training system of sales staff, to promote the further development of China’s pharmaceutical enterprises.
