In recent years,under the influence of national science and education rejuvenating the country,Internet +,online teaching has gradually become a popular form of teaching for all school-age groups.More and more parents hope to get the best education in the world without leaving home.Resources.However,while online education brings convenience to teachers,students and parents due to its unique advantages,it also gradually deviates from the essence and original intention of education due to the crazy pursuit of interests by Capital Markets behind it,and the entire market presents a deformed development trend.,under the background of actively implementing the national "double reduction" policy,online education companies headed by W have responded to the call of the state and carried out drastic reforms within the company,so that education can return to rationality and essence,and adhere to the road of sustainable development.W Company is an English online education company established for nearly 10 years.It has quickly become an industry benchmark with its own pioneering nature and high-quality resources.In just five years,it has become the world’s leading English online education company and the object of crazy pursuit by Capital Markets at home and abroad.However,the one-sided pursuit of high-speed development can not make the enterprise to a stable and sustainable development of the road,Capital Markets crazy profit brought disorderly competition in the market,resulting in consumers to pay for the results of complaints,the entire education industry presents a chaotic,anxious situation,even the domestic education system showed a serious trend of involution.Under the strong supervision of the state,enterprises have to stop,return to the origin of education,start a prudent development path in the past,and explore a sustainable development path that combines speed and quality,that is,by continuously improving service levels,Strictly control product quality,regain the favor of consumers and revitalize corporate confidence.High-level service quality and satisfactory products require high-quality talents to ensure.Therefore,enterprises need to continuously improve the knowledge and skills of personnel,strengthen service awareness,provide personalized solutions for customers with different needs,and let consumers see real changes in order to make enterprises invincible in the fierce competition.It is true that talents can be obtained through recruitment,but from the perspective of the long-term development of enterprises and employees,if you want to obtain talents that match the development needs of enterprises,an effective training system is still the key to continuously delivering talents to enterprises.Through case analysis,questionnaire research,interviews,literature analysis and other methods,this paper deeply investigates the current situation of the frontline service department of W company.Combined with the analysis results,it understands the current situation of training in W company,the existing problems and the causes behind it.There are many deficiencies in training demand analysis,planning,lecturer management,course content design and teaching form,and training effect evaluation.Based on the above shortcomings,after considering the current development stage and actual situation of W Company,this paper will optimize the training system of W Company’s front-line service personnel in five aspects: training demand analysis,course resource management,instructor management,training effect evaluation and guarantee measures.We hope to establish a more efficient training system in the teaching service department of Company W,which is in line with the development of the company,so as to provide successful cases for the company on the one hand and build a high-quality talent ladder for the company on the other.Finally,the paper summarizes and expects the conclusions and shortcomings of the optimization scheme in the light of the actual situation.Ultimately,the paper get the following conclusion:First,there are indeed many deficiencies in the training system of the front-line service personnel of W company.Second,the author has carefully dismantled the problems existing in the training system of the front-line service personnel of W company through research and relevant theories,and explored a suitable method for W company.Third,to ensure that the optimized plan can achieve remarkable results in the greatest extent,a series of safeguard measures have been formulated.Fourth,the optimized training system still needs to be continuously updated and improved in combination with changes in the internal and external environment.
