In recent years,the insurance industry has developed in the heyday,and the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.The competition between insurance companies is essentially the competition of talents.Marketers are listed as the front-line staff echelon of insurance companies,and their self-management ability,professional level,personal quality and learning ability all directly affect the company’s benefits.Therefore,in the fierce market competition and knowledge economy social environment,how to scientifically and reasonably carry out professional training for marketing personnel is very important to the development level of insurance companies.First,through the use of literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey methods,a large number of relevant research results are integrated as the theoretical basis of this research.next,Based on the basic situation of K insurance company,the actual level of marketing personnel,the status of marketing training mechanism,the application status of marketing training mechanism and the effectiveness of marketing training mechanism,Analyzed the current situation of the marketing personnel training mechanism of K insurance company;once more,By using the questionnaire method combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Analyze the problems arising in the operation of the training mechanism of K insurance Company and its causes from the perspectives of training demand analysis,training program,training implementation and training evaluation;combine,The concept based on ADDIE model optimizes and improves the marketing ter training mechanism of K insurance company from four perspectives: training requirements,training program,training implementation and training evaluation,And based on the training department and marketing personnel two perspectives to put forward the optimization of the mechanism suggestions;last,With company system,organizational structure,incentive system,teacher level as the entry point,The corresponding safeguard measures for the marketing personnel training mechanism of K insurance company are set up.Through the actual case analysis and analysis results,we hope to help more domestic insurance companies to create a more scientific and effective marketing personnel training mechanism to provide a certain theoretical basis,but also for other insurance companies to improve the shortcomings in the training work.
