Research On Optimization Of Supplier Selection Evaluation System Of Lisichen Company

With the reform and development of China’s economy,the division of labor in the industry has become increasingly refined.The development and growth of an enterprise requires hundreds or thousands of enterprises as suppliers,and supplier management needs to be adopted to improve supplier management level using advanced theories and methods,ensuring the improvement of supplier delivery level and quality.Supplier selection and admission evaluation are important links and foundations of supplier management,playing an important role in the supply chain management system.This thesis takes Lichen Company as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the current status of the company’s supplier selection evaluation system,including supplier selection goals,principles,processes,standards,methods,adjustments,and controls.Secondly,using questionnaire survey methods to analyze the problems in the supplier selection evaluation system of Lichen Company,such as unclear objectives,unclear principles,unreasonable selection process,incomplete evaluation indicators,unscientific methods,insufficient application of evaluation results,and untimely adjustment and control.Then,this thesis describes the strategies for optimizing the supplier selection evaluation system,clarifying strategic development goals,setting specific principles,improving the selection process,improving selection evaluation indicators,improving the scientific nature of evaluation methods,and strengthening supplier adjustment and control.Finally,this thesis proposes guarantee measures for optimizing the supplier selection evaluation system.Supplier selection evaluation should establish a sound organizational structure,establish a supplier management and supervision center,improve communication,coordination,and establish accountability systems,strengthen talent recruitment and training,increase investment in supplier selection evaluation funds,and ensure the implementation of optimization measures,in order to provide support for enterprise supplier selection evaluation,And provide decision-making reference for other enterprises to choose suppliers.
