Along with the rapid development of global economy and technology,the vast majority of products between enterprises,especially manufacturing products have been rapidly into small profit era,improve product performance,increase the competitiveness of the enterprises become the core of enterprise operation target.In addition,the diversified requirements of customers,the traditional mode of enterprises in the fierce competition in the market have already can't satisfy the current development,the customer oriented supply chain management into enterprise's first choice.As the central link of the procurement supply chain,the effective management of suppliers can not only reduce the procurement cost,but also guarantee the quality of products.Enterprise the key to success procurement is to specific excellent supplier management,strengthening the management of suppliers,and is of great significance for the enterprise,so enterprises must to supplier management as the breakthrough point,promote the overall level of purchasing and supply management.In view of this,this article choose M company as the research object,the M company supplier management status and existing problems,on the basis of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for supplier selection and evaluation,and finally puts forward the choice of M company supplier management and optimization,to promote peer enterprises supplier selection and optimization is of important theoretical and practical significance.This topic in M company supplier management as the research object,this paper is the research status of supplier management at home and abroad,and in view of the supply chain management,supplier management,and other related theory to carry on the theoretical analysis,to lay the basis of full text study.Further to determine the research contents and methods,this paper studies the status quo of M company supplier management were analyzed,and the key to solve the problem of M company supplier information database,supplier evaluation and selection,supplier management,performance appraisal,and other key for analysis,found that M company supplier management problems that exist in the mainly includes: ignore the supplier relationship management,supplier selection methods of the lack of scientific nature,the lack of corresponding supplier selection evaluation,supplier performance management is not sound,etc.To M company,then,to evaluate the supplier of choice,in the company supplier selection based on the analysis of the influence factors,through the determination of evaluation methods,will be the supplier of choice for the weight and calculated,and the results of evaluation,and selection and optimization scheme is put forward.Finally,on the basis of above analysis for the overall development of M companysupplier management of the company's supplier management put forward the optimization strategy of concrete,mainly from the optimization goal and specific implementation,ensuring the three aspects respectively,specific targeted measures are put forward.Aimed at supplier for effective management of the company,in order to reduce the enterprise cost,improve quality,improve customer satisfaction,improve enterprise core competitiveness.
