Selection Based On Supply Chain Management, Pharmaceutical Research And Development Company XX Supplier

As the theory of business management become gradually maturity, more attention have been paid on sustainable procurement and supplier selection by theorists and enterprises. Taking pharmaceutical chemicals as a main example, we studied how do an industry representative company:X choose their suitable supplier as needed based on sustainable procurement, gaining a competitive advantage and long-term stable development. Through analyzing the current status of pharmaceutical R&D enterprises and content of sustainable procurement and supplier selection on their develop process and current status, we make an introduce of current popular evaluation method of suppliers. At last, we choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as supplier evaluation method in this text. Through analyzing X, we put forward main problems X now come up with in supplier selection. Through analyzing the difference between employing traditional and sustainable procurement, putting forward procedures of supplier evaluation and supplier selection and principles of analyzing evaluation system aimed at X based on sustainable procurement, we establish a model of supplier evaluation and selection for X. In choice indicator system, we set 8 indicators in principle levels and every principle level contain two specific secondary indictors. We make detail illustrations on every indictor meaning in text. Through questionnaire survey, we acquire corresponding index weights and rank suppliers using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A detail calculation method is illustrated in data analysis process and compared to three suppliers of X, we put forward the strategy of supplier selection to X through ranking sequence.The research result have a certain reference function on X about their supplier evaluation and selection.
