Research On It Supplier Evaluation Based On AHP And Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

With the arrival of the 5G era,IT enterprises have developed rapidly.In order to let users use faster and safer network equipment,IT enterprises are under increasing pressure.It needs to ensure the modernization of its production equipment,scientific technological process,intelligent system and stable product performance,and control the quality of raw materials from the source to achieve its ultimate goal.How to ensure the quality of raw materials and provide reliable guarantee for the subsequent production of enterprises has always been an important issue in supply chain management.It requires a reasonable balance between the quality,price and delivery date of raw materials.In the IT manufacturing industry,the cost of raw materials accounts for at least 50% of the total cost.Procurement management is very important in IT operations.The essence of procurement management is the dynamic management of suppliers.Good supplier evaluation can help enterprises allocate resources reasonably,reduce procurement costs and improve product quality.It is the most important link of supplier management.In this paper,Company A is taken as an example,combined with the theories related to supplier evaluation,the form of expert interview and questionnaire survey is used to find out the existing problems in the supplier evaluation and management of Company A,and 12 indicators of Company A’s supplier evaluation are proposed,technological advancement,technical personnel,communication and cooperation ability,after-sales service response mechanism etc,use AHP to get the proportion of key indicators,and then use the FCE method to conduct the level of suppliers.According to different types of suppliers,carry out practical actions.Through the supplier evaluation management research,the evaluation method of A company is more scientific and efficient,and the comprehensive competitiveness of A company is improved.At present,there are few papers on IT industry supplier evaluation,and there is a lack of effective IT industry supplier evaluation methods in practical work.The combination of theory and practice in this paper can provide reference for IT enterprises to solve relevant problems in practice.
