Research On Supplier Selection Of Clothing Brand Agent

The speed of economic development continues to accelerate;hence the global resources allocations have been further optimized.China's economy has shown a steady and healthy development trend,and China's garment industry has become more and more prosperous.There are three kinds of competition pattern of China's garment industry.The first is a simple production and processing enterprises,the main business of this type of business is to accept orders at home and abroad and its processing.The second is the "virtual enterprise",the profitability of the enterprise depends largely on the market forecast.The third kind is Production supply and marketing integration,this type of enterprise competition is the most intense.At present,many clothing companies' business model is diversifying,they are breaking the traditional patterns of monopoly,getting the goal of honesty,cooperation,win-win,to provide efficient and convenient services,and are committed to become the production and marketing integration mode.Among the many clothing suppliers,70% belong to small and medium enterprises,the level of production equipment,business scale,management level is uneven.So the choice of the right choice for the clothing agent to choose the brand clothing supplier for their own enterprise is of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the method of combining theory with practice is studied.With the domestic and foreign scholars in the clothing supplier selection index system establishment,weights,selection and other aspects of the present model,the related concepts,the supplier management and the necessity of supplier selection steps.After going through multiple expert views and literature review of the characteristics of clothing industry an initial supplier selection index system for clothing agent has been developed.In the questionnaire,the most important factors influencing the selection of suppliers were identified and the index system was established.In the aspect of weight determination and selection model,in this paper three scale AHP,entropy method and fuzzy evaluation method are used.The three scale AHP and entropy method for each index of suppliers by weight distribution,uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for ranking and selection of suppliers.In the end,we discuss the feasibility and advantage of the three scale AHP-entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.
