| Manufacturing is the cornerstone of a country’s economy.As the global economic integration and international competition become increasingly hot,the manufacturing industry is fiercely competitive and the profits are meager.Thus,enterprises must be required to make great efforts in their own competitiveness,continue to innovate,continuously improve,reduce production costs,and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises.In the manufacturing industry,the choice of suppliers is particularly significant in terms of product cost and quality,and has a significant impact on the competitive advantage of end products produced by manufacturers.Manufacturing data shows that 65%-80% of the product cost component of the manufacturing industry comes from material costs.This paper takes the evaluation choices of TPV suppliers as the research background,and points out the problems and shortcomings of TPV’s evaluation and selection of suppliers,sorts out the indicators related to supplier evaluation and decision-making,and finds the simple application of quality,price,delivery and service.In order to obtain the best cooperative suppliers,we should comprehensively evaluate the cooperative suppliers from the perspective of long-term management.This paper re-establishes the supplier evaluation index system.It includes six levels of secondary indicators and 23 third-level indicators,and uses the combination of AHP and FCE to establish evaluation models to obtain evaluation results,which provides an objective basis for supplier selection decisions.Finally,this paper takes the TPV Group OLED panel material supplier as an example for empirical analysis,and introduces BOE as a partner through the improved evaluation system and method.After the introduction,the company’s products have improved in quality,service and after-sales.The extent also proves the effectiveness of the evaluation system and the evaluation method,which can be promoted in the evaluation options of other material suppliers of the company. |
