Research On Supplier Selection And Evaluation Of H Pharmaceutical Company

For manufacturing enterprises,with the intensification of economic globalization and market competition environment,the uncertain factors of supply are increased,which brings challenges to the continuous production and operation of enterprises.How to reduce the supply risk and cost,and ensure the continuous production and operation of enterprises,the selection and evaluation of suppliers become more and more important.Pharmaceutical enterprises are now facing a more severe situation than before.With the implementation of the new drug administration Law in December 2019 and the implementation of the two-invoice system and drug procurement with volume,the rising upstream material prices and labor costs and the continuous low downstream terminal prices,the profit space of pharmaceutical enterprises has been continuously compressed.Therefore,it is necessary to study the scientific,reasonable and systematic supplier selection and evaluation methods,strengthen the management of the enterprise to the suppliers,and improve the efficiency of the enterprise supply chain management.In this paper,we studied the relevant theories of supplier selection and evaluation through literature analysis method,and selected the supplier selection and evaluation indexes and analysis methods for pharmaceutical companies.Taking H pharmaceutical company as an example,we investigated the current situation of supplier selection and evaluation of H pharmaceutical company,and found some problems such as low openness of supplier selection method,insufficient scientific evaluation method,and supplier evaluation for H pharmaceutical company.In order to solve these problems,this paper adopts the questionnaire method for H pharmaceutical company supplier selection and evaluation of five level indicators,then design the corresponding secondary index according to the level index,using the hierarchy analysis method of H pharmaceutical company supplier selection and evaluation index system,and issue questionnaires again,determine the weight of all levels of indicators by expert scoring,established a supplier selection and evaluation index system for H Pharmaceutical Company.Afterwards,a supplier fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process was applied to judge and screen the three suppliers of H Pharmaceutical Company’s enteric coated gelatin hollow capsules,verifying the feasibility of the evaluation model.At the same time,it also proposed to optimize the supplier selection mode,optimize the supplier review mode,establish the supplier performance management and dynamic assessment and evaluation mechanism to optimize the supplier selection and evaluation mechanism of H Pharmaceutical company.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization plan,the implementation plan and safeguard measures are formulated.These studies are of practical significance to help H pharmaceutical company to improve the supplier management level,reduce the supply risk and procurement cost,and improve the procurement quality and supply chain operation efficiency.At the same time,the corresponding solutions and ideas proposed are of certain reference significance for the supplier selection and evaluation.
