Research On Selection And Evaluation Of Spacecraft Materials Supplier

As a special product,the spacecraft has a long production cycle,high quality requirements,high cost,and a wide variety of spare parts needed for spacecraft development.At present,the strength of the aerospace companies cannot complete the production of spacecraft.In this process,It is inseparable from the cooperation and support of a large number of suppliers.The ability of suppliers in terms of cost,quality,technology,delivery and service directly affects the production and operation of aerospace companies.The selection and management of suppliers will achieve a strategic goal for aerospace companies.It is of great significance to form a competitive advantage and increase the value of the supply chain.At present,China's aerospace companies are at a critical period of market-oriented transformation and development.How to scientifically select and evaluate suppliers of models and materials is of grea t practical significance to the market-oriented development of aerospace companies.This article first sort out the evaluation method of suppliers and the related research of evaluation system,compares the current methods of selection and evaluation of various suppliers,and through analysis and comparison,proposes the applicability of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate suppliers of aerospace companies.Afterwards,in view of the particularity of the aerospace supplier's choice of evaluation,interviews and investigations were conducted with experts in relevant fields,and in-depth interviews were conducted to obtain first-hand information on supplier selection.On this basis,using grounded theory to analyze the survey data,and build an index system for supplier selection evaluation.Secondly,according to the evaluation index system constructed,the group decision-making characteristic root method is applied to the evaluation of suppliers,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation metho d is used to construct the supplier's selection evaluation model.Finally,this paper selects three component suppliers to carry out evaluation,verify the availability of the method,and propose countermeasures and suggestions for the subsequent promotion of the supplier evaluation model.In this paper,the research on the selection and evaluation of spacecraft model material suppliers is carried out,and the corresponding evaluation index system is established.The corresponding evaluation method model is constructed,which has good theoretical and practical significance.From a practical point of view,the relevant method model constructed in this paper can be used by aerospace enterprises in the evaluation of suppliers' choices.The evaluation method is relatively simple and has good practical application value.At the same time,the research in this paper also supplements the supply to some extent.Theoretical research in the field of business management has further enriched the research results in this field.
