YH Co.,Ltd.(YH)is a manufacturing enterprise specializing in medical communication system.Due to the characteristics of its own products,the purchase cost of raw materials is relatively high,and it is highly dependent on suppliers.In recent years,with the rapid growth of the company’s business,the number of suppliers is increasing,and the difficulty of selecting suitable suppliers is also increasing.In order to reduce procurement costs,YH has long adopted the price-dominated supplier selection strategy,which resulted in uneven product quality and affected the core competitiveness of the company.Therefore,YH urgently needs to establish a set of scientific and reasonable supplier evaluation and selection system,streamline the supplier team,improve the quality of suppliers,so that the enterprise can take advantage of the increasingly fierce market competition.In view of the above background,this paper first through literature research and combined with the current situation of YH’s procurement,supplier and related management system,in-depth analysis of the company’s current supplier evaluation and selection of the main problems and their causes;Then,according to the characteristics of YH’s industry and its own products,a set of multi-level supplier evaluation index system is constructed by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process,and the index weight is given.Finally,taking the selection of display module supplier as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model,and the optimal supplier is determined according to the evaluation results.Through the study of this paper,the supplier evaluation system of YH is made more scientific,reasonable and standardized,and after the introduction of the new system,the company’s supplier team has been improved in terms of quantity and quality,which proves the effectiveness of the evaluation system and method to a certain extent.At the same time,it also provides reference for other electronic manufacturing enterprises of the same type to improve supplier evaluation and selection. |
