With the advent of the information age,traditional financial management methods have changed,and financial sharing has subsequently entered people’s view,gradually being recognized by enterprise managers and creating a boom in the application of financial shared service centers.With the continuous maturity of big data technology and the expanding scale of enterprises,data information is exploding.Due to the large amount,diversity,large value and fast speed of big data,the traditional financial shared service center can no longer fully meet the modern development needs of enterprises.Coupled with the introduction of numerous policies on promoting big data technology,managers of major companies have gradually learned that there are many advantages of applying big data to financial shared service centers,including cost reduction,efficiency improvement,personnel saving and reasonable allocation,which not only help improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise accounting information management,but also further enhance the overall competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,the company needs to follow this trend,deepen the application of big data technology,and improve the operation and management capability of the financial shared service center,so as to realize a new stage of transformation from basic accounting to analysis and management of the enterprise.This paper takes Yonghui Supermarket as an example and analyzes the study of financial shared service center optimization in the context of big data.As a giant in China’s retail industry,the stable development of Yonghui Supermarket is closely related to people’ s livelihood.Every change and progress in the retail industry has brought about an improvement in people’s living standards.This paper mainly adopts methods such as case study method and literature research method for analysis.Firstly,the concept of financial shared service centre is clarified by collecting relevant information and reading the relevant literature.Then,based on the case study,we briefly introduce the basic situation of Yonghui Supermarket and the construction process of the financial shared service centre,followed by a detailed description of the current situation of the financial shared service centre and the results achieved by Yonghui Supermarket.The operation status is explained in terms of the organisational structure and business processes of the financial shared service centre,followed by a comparison of the data before and after the establishment of the financial shared service centre,and an analysis of the operational effects of the financial shared service centre after its completion.Finally,it further examines the problems in the application of the financial shared service centre of Yonghui Supermarket in the era of big data,mainly including the following four aspects:weak integration of business and finance,poor data application,imperfect supply chain management system of the financial shared service centre and talent management system construction to be improved.It also provides an in-depth analysis of these problems and proposes detailed optimisation suggestions for specific issues.It is hoped that this will be of help to other enterprises facing similar problems and help to promote the pace of development of information and financial sharing in the era of big data.
