Application Of The Financial Shared Services Centre Under New Internet Technologies

In the 1980 s,large multinational corporations began to explore the concept and practice of Shared Services.After 30 years of development,Shared Services have been widely used around the world.Financial Shared one of the important modules of Shared Services.It is through the process of combing the foundation and the basic business of centralized processing to improve the financial efficiency,reduce the number of employees,so that the excess financial staff working in more valuable work,achieve the transformation of financial functions and centralized control.The financial business processing of our enterprises has been computerized to the financial management information,providing financial support for the implementation of financial sharing services.In recent years,under policy promotion and corporate financial transformation,more and more enterprises establish a Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC).Information technology promoting the financial information process and the development of financial management model,the world has entered the "Internet +" era,the Mobile Internet,Cloud Computing,Big Data as the representative of the Internet information technology(hereinafter referred to as the Internet New Technology)have a significant impact for our life,it will promote the further development of financial sharing services,with these new technologies,enterprises can build lower cost,better performance FSSC.Z company is the construction enterprises in the early establishment of Financial Shared Service center of the enterprise,its FSSC has been unanimously endorsed by the industry.Based on the theory of financial sharing and interconnection of new technology,this paper analyzes the construction background,process,core framework,application of Internet technology,implementation effectiveness,existing shortcomings and optimization strategy of Z company financial sharing service center.The new technology of the Internet under the Z company to build a shared service center of successful experience for the construction of enterprises to build FSSC to provide reference.
