Chinese business conglomerates have played more and more important role in the stage of China's economy with strong capital strength, advanced technical strength, first-class management level.However, with the high-speed development of business conglomerate, gradually Complex organizational structure, group financial management is faced with unprecedented challenges and difficulties. Some enterprise groups encountered the absence of group financial management, or control failure, resulting in the group's financial crisis and even bankruptcy. In view of this situation, the Financial Sharing Service arises at the historic moment.In this paper, we study the theoretical basis, characteristics, feasibility, and the application of different organizational structure models of Financial Shared Service Center through the comprehensive theoretical research of Financial Shared Service Center.Based on this, we do research and analysis on the application of Financial Shared Service Center in the small and medium-sized enterprise group of our country,combined with our enterprise group's Financial Sharing Center Implementation of the status quo, and the mode, establishment of BAO STEELcompany and A COMPANY's financial shared service center.
