With the continuous development and scale expansion of the enterprise, its management becomes more difficult, and the controlling requirement of enterprise cost and the management of branches become much stricter.However, there exist many defects in the current financial management of most domestic enterprises. For example, the financial departments of the branches are lack of the standardized way in implementing the financial regulations. The organizational structure of financial departments is not reasonable, which cannot effectively support the enterprises' rapid development. The financial department lacks of the effective means to supervise and control the core business, and at the same time, also highly connection with the enterprise strategy. So the transformation of financial management is urgently needed.The Financial Shared Service arises at the historic moment. Financial Shared service, as an innovative financial management mode, creates conditions for the enterprise management transformation through the standardization process reengineering and unified processing to the enterprise financial business of the branches of the company. The Financial Shared service can get the financial department and business department connected more closely, which can support the rapid development of the enterprise with a reasonable organizational structure.Meanwhile it can also support the enterprise strategic decision making effectively,achieving the purpose of improving the efficiency of enterprises and reducing operating costs. With all these changes, the enterprise can adapt itself to the continuous development and expansion.S company's business is in the high-speedily developing period, the increase of the branch quantity and the location decentralization lead to not only the difficulty of the enterprise management, but also the increasing demand of the financial personnel.There are some problems with S company's current financial management mode, for example, the basic financial accounting work occupies too much working time, the financial support to strategic and operational decision making is really weak, the standardization of each unit of financial principle for the basic financial accounting work is different; the financial information structure is not perfect. S company's existing financial management mode has been unable to meet the needs of itsdevelopment strategy and the business decisions making, and the financial transformation for S company is imperative.Therefore, I take S company as the object to research the construction and implementation of its Financial Shared Services. This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is about the introduction, mainly includes the research background and research significance, as well as the research status and methods. The second part shows an overview of the theory, including the concept, theoretical basis and development model of the Financial Shared Service. In the third part, I analyze the necessity and feasibility of building Financial Shared Services with taking the current financial management of S company in account. The fourth part puts forward the details of S company's Financial Sharing Service Center, mainly including the target and time schedule, as well as the main content of the Financial Sharing Services construction. The fifth part specifically introduces the implementation of the Financial Shared services of S company.
