Research On The Construction Of H Group Financial Shared Service Center

With the development of Economic Globalization,the promotion of informatization and the requirement of enterprise transformation,the finance department is faced with the problem of how to reduce operation costs,improve work efficiency and strengthen financial management and control.Financial Shared Services(FSS)are favored and popularized by more and more large group companies because of their unified standards,operating specifications,cost savings,efficiency improvement,and service improvement.It is a trend in the development model of financial management,and the inevitable choice of financial transformation of large enterprise groups.On the basis of relevant Financial Shared Service literature and by analysis of successful implementation case at home and abroad,this paper systematically analyzed H group's Financial Shared Service Center's(FSSC)early construction,continuous optimization and implementation of effect evaluation,then summarized the SPORTS method(Site,Process,Organization,Regulations,Technology,Service)that H group used in the implementation of FSSC.This paper put forward the problems and solutions in the process of implementation and introduced innovative measures of H group,and outlined the future development of Financial Shared Services.Based on the summary of most implemented Financial Shared Services,this paper proposed the idea to improve the present Financial Shared Services into more appropriate Accounting Shared Service.It emphasized that enterprise which adopt financial shared should make it a gradual and steady progress,and be good model after replication and promotion.Enterprises should also pursue continuous iteration and innovation based on their own development and external conditions.The supporting role of Financial Shared Service platform is very important in the implementation process and enterprises should make full use of the platform.These are all enlightenment for the financial transformation of traditional large enterprises.
